Ad Astra Atelier is Hiring Cooks, Servers, Baristas, and Dishwashers

Ad Astra Atelier, the newest venture from the team behind Ad Astra Bread Co., is looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to help us bring exceptional food, coffee, and hospitality to life in Carmel Valley.

Were currently hiring for the following positions:

Cooks
Were seeking kitchen staff who are passionate about seasonal, thoughtful cooking. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and desire to grow.

Servers
Were looking for team players who are warm, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a welcoming experience to every guest. Full-service restaurant experience is a plus.

Baristas
Our coffee program emphasizes precision, creativity, and high standards. Were looking for baristas who care about quality, enjoy fast-paced environments, and take pride in their craft. Previous barista experience is preferred.

Dishwashers
An essential part of our kitchen team, our dishwashers help keep the operation running smoothly. This position is great for someone reliable, organized, and looking to get a foot in the door in a professional kitchen.
