The Guest Service Representative staffs and leads all operations of the Front Desk in the WakeMed Heart Center Inn. Responsibilities include registration of guests, check-in/check-out process, arranging for special guest accommodations, coordination with other WakeMed departments and physician's offices regarding guest needs, guest billing, and daily operations of the WakeMed Heart Center Inn.
