Previous experience as a bartender in upscale establishments, demonstrating exceptional cocktail-making skills and an extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
Exceptional organizational skills, including inventory management, stock control, and attention to detail in all aspects of bar operations.
Server:
Strong understanding of steak cuts, cooking techniques, and presentation in a fine dining or steakhouse setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and prioritize tasks without compromising quality.
