Dishwasher

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced dishwashers who have both the passion and knowledge to help maintain the cleanliness of our kitchen to join our team at Copain Bakery & Provisions in South Park. This position provides a great opportunity for growth and to learn amazing food. We are looking for people with passion for cooking, who are willing to learn, as well as teach. Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $17.00 per hour

Expected Hours : 35 45 per week / 1PM-9PM

Shift :

• Day shift
• Night shift

Service and Maintenance

• Completes opening and closing side work checklist for shift daily.
• Supports staff by continually operating the dish washer and washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Cleans and sets up BOH departments including kitchens, trash and maintains dumpster area.
• Sets up service workstations thoroughly and on time and properly uses and maintains all equipment.
• Communicates with Chef about stock and orders for chemicals and cleaning supplies.
• Is a team player; supports and assists your fellow team members whenever possible.
• Completes other duties assigned by management.
• Maintains a clean dishpit.
• Inspects the cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment and supplies, ensuring everything complies with standards.
