LOCATION: Harlowton

HOURS: HOURS: 30 hours per week

WAGE: $16.13 to $17.07 per hour

Central Montana Head Start is seeking a reliable and caring Cook to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children in our early childhood program. The ideal candidate will follow USDA guidelines and ensure safe food handling practices in a clean, organized kitchen.

DUTIES:

- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children

- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

- Keep accurate inventory and food temperature records

- Collaborate with staff to meet dietary needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or GED

- Food service experience preferred

- Knowledge of safe food handling (Food Handler's Permit required or willingness to obtain)

- Must pass state and federal background checks
