Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.
This job is ON - SITE.
FTE: 0.500000 (approximately 20 hours a week)
Shift: Shift 2 (may qualify for shift differential)
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day food service operations for Nutrition Services. Oversees staff and services related to room service, cafeteria, utility, and catering. Assures correct safety and sanitation procedures are being followed. Prepare and process food and supply orders, process invoices, prepare reports, including accounting, meal counts, and sales revenue. Assists with scheduling.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 3 years of food service experience is required. Previous experience of Hospital or large volume operations is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Microsoft Word and Excel. Purchasing experience preferred, food service software application experience preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Serv Safe Certified required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
