Personal Care Assistant/Housekeeper - Evening Shift

Orchard Manor AFC, a welcoming adult foster care family home in Posen, is seeking a compassionate and diligent Personal Care Assistant/Housekeeper - Evening Shift. This role is ideal for someone who finds fulfillment in assisting elderly residents with their daily needs and enjoys a variety of tasks in a supportive, home-like environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and assist residents with daily activities, ensuring a safe and caring atmosphere

- Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning common areas and residents' rooms

- Prepare meals and assist with food service as needed

**Position Details:**

**Hours:** 10-20 hours per week

**Shifts:** Primarily evening with shifts being 4-9 P.M. and 5-9 PM.

**Availability: **Must be available for evening shifts, including some on the weekends

**Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

We're looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to transition smoothly between tasks. While no medical certification is required, experience in elderly care is preferred.
