We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team. To provide
both telephone & front entry coverage, fielding incoming calls &
greeting visitors. Must have a knowledge of Microsoft Word & basic
computer skills. General Responsibilities: Monitor, greet & assist the
entry & exit of employees & visitors Receive & direct telephone calls
utilizing both a console switchboard & paging systems Prepare &
disseminate office supply orders Maintain coffee station Prepare, post,
& sort the incoming & outgoing daily mail Assist various departments
with projects as needed Knowledge & Skill Requirements: General
knowledge of ACC products Knowledge of Microsoft Word Basic computer
skills Communication & interpersonal skills Organizational skills
Education & Experience: Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or
an equivalent combination of experience &/or education. 2 years
administrative office experience with a willingness to be flexible,
cooperative & professional. General Competencies: Adapts to change, open
to new ideas & responsibilities Perform tasks with a computer. Email,
research, interaction with others via the internet. The level of
proficiency is defined by the requirements of the position held Works
well with internal & external customers, promotes a positive image of
the company, & strives to solve issues raised by customers Meet
deadlines, work independently, accountable, maintain focus, punctual,
good attendance record Honest, accountable, maintains confidentiality
Builds strong relationships, is flexible/adaptable, works well with
others, solicits feedback Information is organized & accessible,
maintains an efficient workspace, manages time well Physical
Requirements: Constantly sit, frequently stand & walk. Constantly use
hands to finger, handle, or feel. Constantly reach with hands or arms.

Lift 1-10 lbs. 1-33% of the time. Carry 1-10 lbs., 1-33% of the time.
