Job Details Kayao is an upscale casual Peruvian restaurant in the Old Town neighborhood. Our cusine style is focused on the Nikkei/Chifa (Japanese/Chinese) influence within the Peruvian Culture. Our unique concept will emphasize the popularity of Peruvian Cuisine with a chic experience for guests. Our menu will be curated by Our executive Chef Sergio Ornelas and Michelin Chefs Jose Luis Chaves and Adolfo Valle from NYC.

Kayao is looking for experienced bartenders with an eagerness to learn and grow with us. F ull weekend required. Our bar program is highly focused on Peruvian spirits and Latin flavors.
