Responsibilities
- Servers:
- Provide exceptional guest experience
- Guide guests through the menu and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders and ensure seamless dining experiences
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu
- Work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Contribute to a positive team culture
- Knowledge of natural Spanish wine a plus
- Knowledge of Toast a plus
- Server Assistants:
- Support servers in delivering excellent guest experiences
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Ensure table maintenance
- Assist in food running as needed
- Keep service stations stocked and organized
- Previous barista experience a plus
- Runners:
- Deliver food orders efficiently and accurately
- Communicate between the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure timely service
- Maintain an organized and clean expo area
- Assist in explaining dishes to guests when necessary
- Bar Back:
- Support bartender in delivering excellent guest experiences
- Clear and reset seats efficiently
- Ensure bar maintenance maintenance
- Assist in food running as needed
- Keep bar area stocked and organized
- Polish glassware and flatware.
- Cocktail and bartending experience a plus
- Previous barista experience a plus
Maitre D and/or Host:
- will be responsible for managing hospitality of guests. They will also be responsible for organizing and maximizing the potential for reservations books in Opentable.
During service they will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- Reviewing the book at pre-meal meetings.
- Confirming the accuracy of the Info Sheet and Visit Notes for the following days service.
- Googling guests (if not already done) and notating VIPs in Resy profiles.
- Greeting guests and directing during open hours.
- Verifying deposits for pop-up reservations throughout the service.
- Confirming opening and closing host side work duties are completed thoroughly.
- Noting special guest requests and events
- Cultivate relationships with regulars
- Maintaining VIP/Critic Facebook and Daily reservation notes
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
