Maintenance Mechanic

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with experience in PLC-controlled equipment to join our growing manufacturing operation. You’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines moving and making sure our equipment is safe, efficient, and reliable.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, electrical systems, and PLC-based equipment.
  
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
  
  
• Work closely with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  
  
• Maintain equipment logs and help improve processes.

salary: $60,000 - $72,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment, including sewing machines, conveyors, and automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  
  
• Troubleshoot, repair, and program PLC-controlled machinery to optimize efficiency and meet production demands.
  
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure safe and continuous operation.
  
  
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
  
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, schematics, and documentation related to equipment performance and PLC programming changes.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
