Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Description:

Greet and assist walk-in visitors; direct them to appropriate staff.

Respond to general inquiries via phone and in person; document all interactions in system of record.

Maintain and monitor front desk traffic and waiting area environment.

Track and report weekly data on visitors and phone inquiries.

Escalate concerns involving discrimination or legal complaints to management.

Support a professional, team-oriented work environment and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.

3+ years of administrative and customer service experience preferred.

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable working with diverse populations and in a busy setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) preferred.
