with special events. The Catering Bartender is responsible for providing high-quality beverage service at weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. This role ensures smooth bar operations, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to all safety and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming bar environment.
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving practices.
  • Ensure cleanliness of equipment and workspaces and adherence to safety standards before, during, and after bar service
  • Work with a team to serve, bus, and manage alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service needs during events
  • Follow procedures and Jorgensen standards for professional beverage service
  • Ensure cleanliness of equipment and workspaces and adherence to safety standards before, during, and after bar service
  • Unpack and prepare client products for bar set up and event service. After the event, re-pack all client products and assist in delivery and loading into the client's vehicle
  • Work closely with the Catering Manager to align bar service with event flow and client expectations
  • Take inventory of client products before and after service
  • Ensure all bar-related health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
  • Whatever it takes to create a comfortable, welcoming, and supportive environment for all staff and guests
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Guest-centric and Team-focused mentality
  • At least 1 year of bar service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to lift equipment up to 40 pounds and remain on their feet for a minimum of 6 hours
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe and/or TIPS Certification
  • Inspire a Bring the Cows Home spirit
