Wanted Saturday Night Barback for Busy Established East Village Bars

MUST be available to do a paid train this Friday June 20th from 7-close (4:30am)
and then work your first shift this Saturday June 21st from 7-close (4:30/5am)

Saturday shifts are from 7-close

Must have experience having barbecued in a nightclub/bar in the past 5 years

Must be fluent in English

Duties include, but are not limited to:
-anticipating the needs of bartenders and restocking juices/fruit/liqour/napkins, etc before being asked to
-collecting dirty glasses and washing them in an expedient manner
-bussing the bar
-taking out trash at end of night
-cutting fruit
-jucing citrus
-wiping down surfaces throughout the night
-collecting empty beer bottles and organizing in empty beer boxes
-assisting bartenders/managers throughout shift

Must be available for an in person or zoom interview this evening or tomorrow morning (in person interviews will be held at Niagara Bar in the east village)

Please be able to provide 2 RECENT professional references of bars , restaurants, or nightclubs where you have successfully barbecued

Your reference must be a manager or owner (no barbacks or bartenders)
