Experienced Bartender/Waiter

The Barnyard is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled part-time bartender to join our dynamic front of the house team. As a bartender/waiter, you will be responsible for delivering quality service while mixing, serving and presenting beverages in a high-energy environment. You will play a key role in maintaining the Barnyards representation of 5-star customer service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.
* Take orders, offer drink recommendations, and ensure high standard of customer service.
* Maintain knowledge of the drink menu and daily specials or promotions
* Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of bar area, including restocking supplies and maintaining equipment.
* Provide guests with a welcoming, friendly, and memorable experience.
* Handle cash and credit card transactions, processing payments accurately and following protocols.
* Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and alcohol regulations.
* Collaborate with fellow team members, including fellow bartenders/waiters to maintain smooth and efficient dining service during busy hours.
* Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including setting up the bar and cleaning up after shifts.

Qualifications:
* Prior bartending experience is required.
* Knowledge of classic cocktails and drink preparation methods
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
* Weekend and evening availability is required
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
