Job Summary

Were seeking a highly-skilled, friendly, and enthusiastic Bartender to join our staff! As a Bartender, youll be responsible for welcoming customers, making food and drink recommendations, and preparing a variety of drinks for the bars patrons.

In addition to these practical skills, a Bartender needs to have a strong knowledge of mixed drinks, beer, and wine to best serve our customers.

Bartender Responsibilities

+ Greet bar patrons as they enter the establishment

+ Make food and beverage recommendations based on customer preferences, informing customers of any specials

+ Take food and beverage orders

+ Check identification to ensure customers are legally able to purchase alcohol

+ Prepare and serve drink orders to customers in a timely manner

+ Keep track of inventory to ensure both bar and tables are appropriately stocked

+ Adhere to food, alcohol, and safety regulations at all times

+ Set up and monitor customer tabs

Bartender Requirements

+ Previous experience as a Bartender preferred

+ Superb knowledge of mixed drinks, beer, and wine

+ An engaging personality and appropriate appearance

+ Open availability for nights and weekends

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

+ Basic math skills

+ Ability to be on your feet and lift 25+ pounds

+ Full Time Employees are offered these benefits first of the month following 60 days of employment

+ Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.

+ Variable hour team members could be eligible 12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

401K Plan:

+ Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

+ 50% match up to a 4% contribution from the team member.

PTO :

+ 6 months gets 7 PTO days 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)

+ 1 year gets 10 PTO days 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)

+ 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)

+ 5+ years gets 20 PTO days 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)

Holiday Pay:

+ Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
