We are hiring two full-time Maintainer I, Custodian - Floater positions

to contribute to student success through building maintenance and

cleanliness. ? Tour of Duty: Tuesday ? Saturday, 7:30 AM ? 4:00 PM

(Sunday and Monday off) ? Position Numbers: 195969, 151092 ? Location:

BSU Campus-Wide (Essential Position) Initial assignment only; subject to

change according to institutional needs. Key Responsibilities: ?

Maintain a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse

backgrounds. ? Perform detailed custodial maintenance of academic,

residential, administrative, research, athletic, dining, and campus

facilities. ? Clean and sanitize restrooms and showers. ? Sweep

walkways, vacuum, shampoo carpets, scrub, wax, and buff floors. ? Polish

furniture and woodwork. ? Move and reset furniture in residential and

academic buildings. ? Remove trash, including broken furniture and

materials. ? Conduct indoor/outdoor maintenance tasks, including snow

removal.
