Pay: $16.00 $18.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week | MondayFriday

Job Overview:
Skyward Building Services is hiring dependable, hard-working Janitorial Staff to maintain the cleanliness and safety of a fast-paced auto auction site. This is a full-time, physically active role where youll help keep a large facility looking professional and running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:
Sweeping, mopping, and power washing floors in warehouse and office areas
Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces
Emptying trash cans and replacing liners throughout the facility
Refilling supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
Cleaning glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces regularly
Assisting with light outdoor cleaning (trash pickup, entryway tidiness)
Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
Following safety guidelines and using janitorial equipment properly

Requirements:
Must be reliable and able to work independently
Comfortable in an active, large-scale facility
Able to lift 2530 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for long periods
Previous janitorial, warehouse, or industrial cleaning experience is a plus (but not required)
