The role:

Bartendersare responsible for the seamless delivery of premium quality cocktails and beveragesfrom our bars while ensuring the Swingers guest experience is provided throughexcellent service and adherence to Swingers ethos, policies, procedures, andfinancial goals.

Our perfectcandidate has:

• 1+ year(s) of experience as a bartender with emphasisin cocktail production (required)
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Extensive bar & cocktail knowledge
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow withinthe company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a highstandard
• The capability to meet the physical and schedulingdemands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy itemsfor extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
