We are looking for someone who will
+ Provide answers to caller and visitor questions or defer to the appropriate person. Direct incoming faxes to appropriate staff.
+ Primary agency contact for external vendor relationships, such as Office Depot, Staples, Shred-It, Commonwealth Technology, etc.
+ Maintain client files; active, retired, and deceased.
+ Create and maintain employee directory.
+ Manage and schedule agency conference facilities.
+ Support administrative needs by assembling proposals, sorting incoming/outgoing agency mail and shipments, issuing ID cards, running MVRs, evidence of insurance, loss runs, and other related items.
+ Maintain electronic files in an orderly and up-to-date manner, scanning in to EPIC any necessary documentation and correspondence.
+ Perform other clerical and job-related duties, as required.
+ Other duties as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ One year of business experience in a public contact service role.
+ A superior customer service attitude and approach to business.
+ Ability to communicate orally and in writing with others
+ Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks and special projects as needed.
+ Proficient MS office suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability work in a fast-paced, demanding and often intense environment which operates on strict deadlines in order to conduct business.
+ Ability to maintain client confidentiality and be cognizant of time sensitive activities and situations.
+ Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, able to take direction and guidance from multiple parties.
+ Reliable and present during scheduled business hours.
