Concierge
The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Concierge to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.
The Concierge will be responsible for performing all concierge duties for our guests such as local recommendations and booking of limos, restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. while providing outstanding, insightful and personalized service.

• Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of Houston, surrounding areas and dining recommendations.

• Establish relationships with key local partners, vendors, suppliers to secure priority access and preferred services for guests including private transportation needs.

• Assist the guest with any administrative duties as requested.

• Uphold the professional and ethical standards set by Les Clef d’Or international and provide the most consistent and professional level of service to achieve and maintain the Forbes 5 Star, Michelin Key and AAA ratings.

• Respond promptly to all guests’ requests, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Act as an ambassador for the property and the local community, promoting the destination with pride and enthusiasm.

• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guests journeys, building and maintaining guests’ profiles and confidentiality.

• Maintain an immaculately clean and luxurious work environment.

• Minimum 5 years of concierge experience preferred. Active membership of Les Clefs d’Or USA or in- candidacy preferred.

• Hospitality or related field degree or certification preferred.

• Possess excellent computer skills in a Windows environment including proficiency with word processing software. Experience with Property Management Software is preferable.

• Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

• Physical demands: Stand for an entire work shift
