Burnaby Self Storage is a customer service driven company that takes great pride in our high standard of customer care and professionalism.

We are looking for a full time (approx 32 hours) Customer Service Specialist available for work both weekdays and weekends. We are open 7 days a week, from 9am - 5pm and later on Thursdays and Fridays til 7pm. Closed statutory holidays.

Duties and skills required :
-Enjoy variety, multi-tasking, working outside and inside the office,
-Customer Service experience, including a pleasant phone manner, professional appearance, and enjoy sales
-Greeting customers and helping them find the right storage solution, moving supplies or Uhaul vehicle,
-Work well within a small team, and equally comfortable and productive working solo,
-Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs safely, climb stairs and walk easily around the storage facility,
-Accurately manage customer accounts with attention to detail,
-Maintain a heightened standard of cleanliness in the office, storage units and grounds,
-Punctual and professional at all times with customers and the team,
-Comfortable with computers and marketing,
-Other tasks as assigned.

**A valid drivers license is necessary, and your own transportation is recommended.
