Job Description:
Pay is PER CLEANING: 80-100$ per unit. Possibility of salary increase.
Arrival at 11am on days that guests check-out. Work day is generally 11am-4pm.
Cleaning can be any day of the week, depending on when our guests book.
You will be responsible for purchasing and restocking cleaning and guest essentials at the units.
Need to be able to communicate well and use whats app and a calendar application on your phone.
Here is a check-list you will be using for each cleaning which will give you clarity on what the position entails:
1- Message us to let us know you have arrived and are in the unit
2- Inspect unit for any damage, stains, broken or stolen items. (Communication is through whats app)
3 - Wash all laundry:
Sheets first (dry faster)
Towels second (dry slower)
Make sure there are enough towels for guests.
4- Make all beds and make sure sheets and comforters are not stained or damaged. Notify us if anything is needed/missing
5- Inspect inventory and replace if needed:
Hand soap (kitchen)
Dish washing liquid
Dish washing pods (dishwasher)
Laundry detergent
Hand soap (bathroom)
Shampoo
Conditioner
Body wash
Toiled paper
Paper towels
Hand rags
6- Clean to hotel standards. Clean and wipe down all surfaces including inside cupboards, microwave, fridge, oven etc..
7- Vacuum all floors and rugs & mop floors
8- Take pictures of all the cleaned rooms and send them to us on whatsapp!
9- Once per month, each unit requires a deep cleaning to remove any accumulated dirt, grime everywhere in the unit.
10- Remove garbage and put in the back of building on Garbage days.
