Were a small but mighty hospitality group operating two boutique hotels in prime New York City locations, including a 70-room property in the heart of Chinatown. Our mission is to bring comfort, value, and care to budget-conscious travelers through genuine service and efficient operations.
Were looking for curious, reliable, and people-centered team players to join us as Front Desk Agents. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of hotel operationsno industry experience required.

Direct impact: You wont just sit behind a desk. Youll be at the center of operations, helping guests, supporting the team, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities
Greet and check guests in/out professionally and warmly
Handle guest inquiries (in person, by phone, or online)
Manage room inventory, daily check-in/out prep, and rate adjustments
Assist with building checks, basic maintenance coordination
Communicate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
Keep public spaces clean and organized (e.g. front desk area, plants, supplies)
Pitch in where needed: towels, trash, light housekeeping, guest requests
Contribute ideas and work on projects to improve our operation
Schedule
We prefer someone flexible, especially for overnight and weekend shifts, in case of any emergency.
Shift hours:
Morning 7am3pm / Swing 3pm11pm / Overnight 11pm7am (8-hour shifts)
What Were Looking For
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional attitude
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Tech/computer savvy especially with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
A proactive, hands-on mindsetyoure willing to pitch in anywhere
Curious and eager to learn new systems and processes
Fluency in a second language is a plus (Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Hindi, etc.)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (We welcome OPT candidates)
Must attend Fire & Life Safety training within 3 months of hiring
A degree preferred, but not required if you're a strong fit
