Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Servers, Bartending experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both serving and bartending, with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. This role will involve waiting tables while having the ability to prepare outstanding drinks. During busier periods a stronger bartending presence will be required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will establish him/herself by providing excellent customer service, preparing great drinks while serving our fantastic food.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and making menu recommendations.
Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Upsell menu items, including food, wine, and specialty drinks, to enhance the dining experience.
Transition seamlessly between serving and bartending duties as needed.
Create and prepare cocktails, beverages, and other bar offerings with creativity and precision.
Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall guest experience and contribute to the restaurants growth.
Stay informed about industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a server and bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
*Preferred *Strong knowledge of mixology and the ability to create innovative and appealing drink menus.
*Must have* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. *Everything is prepared in-house everyday*
A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to the restaurants growth.
Flexibility to work both serving and bartending shifts as needed.
Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to make informed recommendations.
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
