Determining customer coffee interests and needs presenting and explaining current and new services and products answering questions from customers and explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines
Demonstrating how brewing equipment operates replenishing coffee bean supply stocking coffee brewing equipment and maintaining supplies pastries and cookies for coffee bar
Prepares and serves coffee drinks and other products by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks for example espresso latte and cappuccino and food items
Improvising recipes to suit customers requests following equipment operating instructions, performing preventive maintenance of equipment troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, and calling for repairs and following company safety and sanitation policies standards and regulations
Improves services and product quality by participating in educational opportunities like brewing tasting courses reading about coffee retail trade and food service publications exploring opportunities to add value to services and products and studying evaluating and redesigning processes and implementing changes
Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices
