The Travel Coordinator is responsible for managing travel arrangement needs for professional driver and non-driver hires as needed ensuring cost-effective and seamless travel experiences. This role will collaborate with recruiters, orientation, and recruiting leadership to optimize travel solutions while adhering to company policies and budget. This role will also be responsible for completing verifications of employment for drivers who are scheduled for orientation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for booking hotels, rental cars, and other transportation as needed from terminal locations as well as interview sites.
- Act as a liaison between the enterprise and third-party travel company as needed.
- Responsible for recording data accurately in company tracking systems.
- Reports necessary summary information out to stakeholders on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Responsible for keeping travel within the given budget.
- Must use independent judgement on best mode of transport for team member satisfaction and cost effectiveness.

- Work in TMW, Excel, Uber, Lyft, Certify, CLC site, Flix Bus site.

Education/Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service setting preferred.
- Prior experience working with dispatch software a plus.
- Transportation experience preferred.

Pay Range: $17.00-$26.67
