Bartender

St. Louis Country Club is looking for an enthusiastic full-time experienced bartender with the ability to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding members needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and a la carte members
• Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout service
• Assess members needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails accurately
• Engage with beverage manager on planning and presenting seasonal bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent member experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• Working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Availability on major holidays as well as Tuesday-Sunday during high volume times of year
