SUMMARY: Responsible and accountable for washing and sanitizing dishes, dropping off food carts, pick up soiled trays, and maintain sanitation. Must be able to communicate with guest and other staff members. Adhere to Food Service standards of care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.
BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in HealthStream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Patient Supervisor regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Food and Nutrition Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate preferred.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
4 days a week, 10 or 12 hour shifts. Must be available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends and increased work schedules. May be required to work during inclement weather, emergency (Code yellow), and holidays.
