Process cancellations and discounts in the accounting system. Provide technical assistance and support to Travel Sales Advisors regarding system-based transactions in Axis, Salesforce or other used technology. Determine point of sale opportunities for upfront commission on international air and update records to include proper formats. Complete ticket exchanges and IAR processing. Serve as a help desk for daily inquiries by Travel Advisors. 30% Quality Control: Follow proper procedures for documentation, ensure accuracy in payments, service fees, trip details and passenger information. As assigned, assist with quality control with focus on accurate records and reporting ensuring that products and processes meet the Travel SOP. As assigned provide appropriate backup to branches and departments regarding their Bank of America charges. Assist with GDS and TST airline schedule changes, reissues, and voiding of tickets in a timely manner. 25% Job Knowledge: Demonstrate continuous learning and share expertise by keeping current on travel trends and industry news. Keep informed of new developments in relation to vendor(s) policies, procedures, work methods and AAA product lines. Follows all office safeguard procedures and secures club assets. 15% Member Satisfaction: Provide outstanding support to Travel Sales Advisors by assisting them in creating totally satisfied member experiences and loyalty to the Club that create members for a lifetime. Bring passion and positive attitude to daily interactions with team members and members. Actively make recommendations to enhance and improve member or customer travel experience. Provide travel assistance to clients during an event causing disruption. Job Specific Requirement Working knowledge of computer software and ability to effectively navigate multiple systems. Obtain and maintain required licenses or certifications including Travel Accident and Baggage Insurance. Must be able to work flexible schedule as required to meet business needs.
