Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and hospital standards Follow recipes and portion control guidelines Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure timely meal service Adhere to food safety and infection control protocols Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Security clearances Minimum 1 year of cooking experience (healthcare or institutional setting preferred) Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment ServSafe certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us?
