Front Desk/Service Scheduler Location: Redmond, Oregon Position Type: Full-time, 7:30 am-4 pm Salary: $24-$26 per hour Job Purpose: We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk/Service Scheduler to join our team. This position's number one priority is answering an extremely high volume of phone calls and scheduling appointments for our customers. Other duties include basic clerical and administrative tasks to support the team as assigned. This individual provides excellent customer service to our clients; produces quality, accurate work while maintaining efficiency and follows the standards of practice set in place. Key Responsibilities: Multi-Line Phone System- Answers a high volume of phone calls and distributes to correct team members, checks voicemail, returns calls, in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Customer Service- treat each call with the highest standard of service, giving each customer attention to their specific needs. Schedule customers for service/repair or installation using Salesforce, Smartsheet, and MS Outlook. Communication- Clear and effective communication with fellow employees, management, customers, and vendors. Reliable and have a good attendance record Strong skillset of organization and attention to detail Career focused and team player! Strong sense of ethics and integrity Qualifications: Excellent Customer Service- 2 years Required Communication skills-- 2 years Required Multi-line phone systems-- 2 years Required Microsoft Office -- 2 years Required Dispatching/Appointment scheduling- 2 years Required Resource scheduling coordination 1 year Required Salesforce Field Service 1 year preferred Smartsheet- 1 year preferred Measures of Success: Efficient Scheduling: Group service calls logically by area to save time and resources. Accuracy: Gather all necessary information accurately for service appointments. Timely Call-Ahead: Perform call-ahead confirmations promptly and adjust schedules to fill gaps. Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. Safety Participation: Actively engage in the safety culture and maintain the safe days board. Additional Responsibilities: Completed various office tasks as assigned with accuracy and efficiency. Safety Commitment: All employees must comply with our safety program, conduct themselves safely, and attend monthly safety meetings. A comprehensive understanding of our safety policies is required.
