Job Summary
Dishwasher $16/hr
Job description:
Join our team at Beaver Street Food Co. as a Dishwasher! Your role is essential in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and other equipment used in food preparation and service. Your attention to detail and efficiency contribute directly to the smooth operation of the kitchen and the overall dining experience for our guests. Additional shifts are available outside of Football Game Days.
Responsibilities:
+ Load, operate, and unload dishwashing machines
+ Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.
+ Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in designated containers.
+ Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
+ Follow all safety and sanitation protocols and procedures.
+ Perform additional tasks as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities
+ Ability to obtain Food Handler card, if not already obtained.
+ Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
+ Lift and carry heavy pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
