Job Details The host position is extremity important since the position is responsible for setting the stage for a good accommodation and organization for the restaurant. Telephone, tablet, greeting, seating, and setting the pace for each service.

Functions include, but not limited to the following:

* Greets all guests as they enter
* Maintains a neat, courteous and cheerful professional image
* Seat guests at tables
* Assigns guests to tables, keep table rotation for servers
* Engage with guests
* Answer phone calls, make reservations and answer questions
* Learn food menu to be able to make recommendations in person and over the phone with guests
* Keeps host stand clean, organized, stocked, neat, and free of clutter
* Checks for restocking of necessary supplies, brings all areas up to standard, and discusses problem areas with managers
* Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties
* Keeps immediate supervisor promptly, and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary
* Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
* Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictates Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
