Job Details Quality Italian is hiring experienced Servers in Denver.
Position Summary:
To represent the restaurant with the highest level of service and professionalism while selling and serving a fine dining experience. A Server must interact with restaurant guests, staff members, and management in a polite and hospitable manner to ensure an exemplary dining experience. The position includes both front server and/or back server responsibilities, and oversees a station in the restaurant by monitoring and managing the guests comprehensive dining experience.
Position Requirements:
- Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- 100% -- Walks and stands during entire shift.
- Must be able to frequently seize, grasp, and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to move, carry and lift at least 50 pounds with frequency throughout shift.
- Must be of legal age according to CO State regulations to serve alcohol (18 years old).
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Possess excellent communication skills with management, servers, team members and guests.
- Able to clearly and accurately communicate with guests and co-workers in English (including reading, writing, and speaking).
- Knowledge of all menu items served at restaurant, as well as general knowledge of food, wine, and other beverages.
- Knowledge of standard and classic restaurant service procedures including wine service.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and sanitation skills according to Department of Health standards for hygiene and safe food handling.

Compensation: Hourly ($18.81) plus tips
