In this role you will:

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to maintain the highest cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency level while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Prior 3+ years experience in a Hilton or luxury brand hotel
  • Prior work experience is required and Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
