Cafe Attendant - Vitality Cafe

Wage:

• $15.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Makes coffee and sets up cafe line.
• Prepares for cafe and catering functions.
• Determines production needs for cafe and assists with inventory and ordering.
• Slices deli meats and cheeses, and prepares meat salads, weighing and measuring ingredients according to standardized recipes.
• Takes orders and assembles salads and sandwiches according to customer orders.
• Cleans up deli counter and dining area in cafe and maintains cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas.
• Operates point of sale system.
• Assists with catering set up and delivery as directed by supervisor.
• Follows Willow Valleys HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Receives and stores food items according to HACCP guidelines. Maintains high levels of food safety and sanitation, and assures compliance with the HACCP plan.
• Maintains high level of customer service and takes ownership in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Checks identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 yrs or older
• Excellent customer service required

Hours:

• 15-20 hours/week

Schedule:

• 8:00am-1:00pm, 3 days week + rotating Saturdays
• No holidays
