Title Van Driver/Houseman Location Holiday Inn RDU Description

This position is for overnight 10pm-4am

• Collect and take out trash.
• Light Maintenance....i.e. touch painting, trouble shooting ac units, trouble shooting mini fridges, plunge toliets.
• Light Housekeeping... i.e. laundry, carpet cleaning, cleaning public restrooms.
• Take guest to and from airport.
• Set up meeting rooms for banquets.

Position Requirements

• Must Pass Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record.
• Must be at least 25 years old to be covered by company insurance.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more.
