Warehouse Janitor

Cardinal Staffing is currently looking for a Warehouse Janitor for one of our clients in Roseville, MI! Warehouse Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in and around the warehouse facility. This role ensures a safe and organized work environment by performing routine cleaning, waste removal, and light maintenance tasks.Key Responsibilities:

1. Sweep, mop, and vacuum warehouse floors regularly to ensure cleanliness.
2. Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste materials in proper receptacles.
3. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
4. Dust shelves, equipment, and surfaces to reduce buildup and maintain hygiene.
5. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and restroom products as needed.
6. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report issues.
7. Perform occasional light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs.
8. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and protective gear.
9. Respond to spills or urgent cleaning needs promptly to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous janitorial or warehouse cleaning experience is a plus.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
