Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Sanitation Worker Shift 2 to join their team. As a Sanitation Worker, you will be part of the sanitation department supporting the overall cleanliness and safety of the production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sanitation Worker Shift 2

Location: Mason, OH

Pay Rate: $21.43 per hour

What's the Job?

• Clean and sanitize all machines in various departments, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in the sanitation of kettles and tanks, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Fill out sanitation reports and ensure all equipment meets production deadlines.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Participate in the 5S process and embrace continuous improvement initiatives.

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
