Commercial Property Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time in Ft. Lauderdale. If you have hands-on experience in general building maintenance and are ready to take ownership of the upkeep of a commercial property, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple building systems
Small electrical repairs (e.g., outlets, switches, fixtures)
Basic plumbing (e.g., leaky faucets, clogged drains, toilet repairs)
Painting and wall repairs (e.g., drywall patching, touch-ups)
AC maintenance and troubleshooting
Flooring repairs and installations (tile, vinyl, carpet, etc.)
Basic landscaping (e.g., trimming, planting, irrigation checks)
Concrete and asphalt repairs (e.g., patching cracks, filling potholes)
Cooling tower maintenance (experience is a plus)
Lifting and moving heavy equipment or materials as required
General maintenance of common areas and building systems
Must be available for emergency situations (e.g., fire marshal, police access, after-hours building issues)

Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial property/building maintenance
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and infrastructure
Must be able to lift and carry heavy tools, materials, or equipment
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot effectively
Cooling tower experience is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid drivers license.

Position Details:
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday (occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required)
