Nanny Needed for Preschooler with Speech Delay and Light Housekeeping

Were seeking a kind, dependable nanny for our sweet preschooler starting July 28, 2025. Weekday help needed in the afternoons (2:505:50 PM), with some early mornings to get our little girl ready and dropped off at school by 7:50 AM, plus occasional weekend shifts. Duties include school drop-off/pick-up, supporting in-home speech therapy (2x/week) our private therapist does it all. No participation from our nanny. Light meals/snacks, toilet training, assistance organizing a small learning pod, and light tidying. Must be engaging, patient, and comfortable supporting developmental goals. Experience with speech delays is a plus! Must have a reliable car or be comfortable using ours. CPR and First Aid certification is a requirement.
