Shift: 7 am to 11:30 am or 11:00 am to 6:00 pm , M-Sun

We are currently seeking a flexible and customer-focused individual to join our team as an On Call Concierge.
Job Description: As an On Call Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that everyone who enters our community feels welcomed and supported. You will assist with a variety of tasks, including answering inquiries, providing information, and addressing any immediate needs of our residents.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to work on call, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer service or concierge role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
