Kelly Services is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a busy Law Office located in The Villages, FL 32162.
Pay-$20/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
Duration- temp for 3 weeks. However, it can become permanent for the right person.
Start date -ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Visitor Management: Greeting clients and visitors, directing them appropriately, and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication Management: Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and handling other forms of correspondence.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Filing documents, managing mail and faxes, and performing other clerical tasks as needed.
- Maintaining Office Supplies: Ensuring the front desk area is stocked with necessary supplies and inventory.
- Assisting with Client Relations: Handling client complaints or inquiries, and assisting with other client-related tasks.
- Maintaining a Professional Environment: Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
