Cooks / Cocineros (AM and PM, full-time/tiempo-completo and part-time/tiempo-parcial)--

Were looking for cooks who love to cook for and with others, who are interested in great ingredients, technique, and flavor, and who always bring a beginners mindset, regardless of experience. Prior work in fine dining, knowledge of regional cuisines of the US and Mexico, and Spanish language skills are all pluses, but not required.

The duties of this position are: To show up on time to prep your station. Help others with their prep. Take lead on your station during service. Know everyone else's station. Taste everything. Keep the kitchen clean and organized before, during, and after service.

The duties of this position are: To show up on time to prep your station. Help others with their prep. Communicate with line cooks regarding prep and PM stations. Taste everything. Keep the kitchen clean and organized before, during, and after prep shifts.

Were looking for professional, sociable restaurant people who love to provide artful, exceptional service. Previous experience in fine dining is a plus, as are knowledge of regional cuisines, beer, and wine, and some Spanish language skills.

The duties of this position include: Learning the food, drinks, and standards of service. Welcoming guests and attending to their needs. Working together on dining room/bar setup, clean-up, and daily side work. Executing our standards of service while working the floor.
This is a part-time or full-time position for dinner service, Tuesday-Saturday. The position is tipped.
