This is a fast paced scratch kitchen. Hiring now
Line Cook -- Full Time 6:00 am to 2:00 pm 5 days

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN BREAKFAST food service environment is essential.
- Must be excellent with Eggs, Steaks, Burgers etc. Pantry experience a plus
- Able to run the wheel and call tickets
- Able to read, speak, and understand the English language
in order to communicate with servers and prepare orders.
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time. (8 hrs)
- Baking Skill a plus
Must be willing to work Saturday and Sunday
Breakfast (Eggs, pancakes, steaks,omelettes) and lunch
MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN
- We will train for biscuits, crepes, baking
Duties include prepping station, staging ingredients and cleaning the station.
