Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of similar work experience. Responsibilities: Cleans and maintains rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interior and utilizing air freshener Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage May remove stains from carpet and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions Gathers and empties trash Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created Drives vehicles while in the course of performing cleaning work Notify management concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to facility Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
