Johnny's Ristorante, serving Reno great Italian food for over 50 years, is looking for a dedicated lead line cook.
The qualified candidate will be a team player with prior cooking experience. The candidate must be capable of following established inventory systems and policies/procedures and maintain a safe environment. The candidate will be organized, with a great attention to detail and can multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Clean up station and maintain a neat workplace.
Stock inventory appropriately.
Insure that high quality food comes out of the kitchen in a timely fashion.
