Vacation rental Housekeeper - Fri, Sat, Sun, possible Mon

WEEKEND position. Friday, Saturdays and Sundays with possible Monday hours as well
*Work hours are approximately 11am-4pm

*All homes are within Downtown Bend
*Experience preferred
*Prefer high school degree or equivalent
*You must have your own reliable transportation, car insurance, valid driver's license and smart phone
*Ability to multitask and show attention to detail
*Follow instructions
*Be able to lift up to 50 lbs; bend, kneel, twist, and move for 90% of shift

In general, you will clean, sanitize, tidy and stage homes. Cleaner will clean floors walls, windows, furniture, kitchens and appliances, bathrooms and fixtures for multiple properties.

We are a small, local, quality-driven Bend vacation rental company looking to add to our great house keeper team. Our success depends on excellent service, happy guests and proactive problem solving. We are looking for a motivated, reliable and energetic cleaner who can tackle house cleaning with quick thinking and a positive attitude.

Pay starts at $18/hr for training period (1-2 weeks or as needed). After training, cleans are paid via piece pay with bonus' for quality. On the piece pay system, our best cleaners can earn around $40/hour.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
-Follow the prescribed cleaning and inspection process
-Observe established policies and procedures
-Make beds and set towels
-Maintain vacuums, cleaning caddies and supplies used to perform the job
-Stock homes with supplies as directed
-Inform office when housekeeping supplies and home inventories are low
-Review property for any damage or needed maintenance and report to the supervisor in a timely manner
-Perform errands and special projects as requested
-Perform annual deep cleans of properties
-Observe established policies and procedures
-Assist with shoveling snow when necessary
-Maintain common areas and office
-Pick up/Deliver linens to/from office
-Other duties as assigned/needed
-Must be able to work independently
