A well-established fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Old Towne Orange is currently hiring a Floor Manager. We are seeking a reliable, experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team success, quality food, and consistency.
Position Details:
*Full-time or part-time availability
*8-hour shifts (occasional double shifts may be required to cover vacations)
*Must be available on weekends
*$31 per hour starting for hourly position
*Salary available for full-time candidates, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
*Manage guest flow and lead the dining room floor
*Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet high standards
*Provide attentive, professional service to guests
*Support, motivate, and guide the team throughout service
*Complete opening and closing paperwork accurately and on time
*Communicate effectively with both front and back-of-house teams
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting
*Strong floor presence and guest service instincts
*Proven ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
*Dependable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
